Well… despite being supremely well behaved this week… I gained!
0.2 pounds.
I know right? That’s barely enough to qualify… at least in my mind. But I had a feeling it was coming… I was all over my personal scale when I checked this week.

I worked out 3 times this week and surprisingly enjoyed it :) Plus riding my bike to check the mail and some extra walking. I stuck to my goal of sticking to just coffee and water too!
I have noticed my clothes are starting to get loose! Woot Woot! So that 0.2 pounds isn’t the end of the world. I’m pretty good about not obsessing about those kinds of things.
This weeks goal is to work out 4 times, stick to water and coffee for my beverages and be super careful with my points.
That's awesome that you're sticking with it! Have you ever tried doing a Zumba class? I would suggest you try it!! I LOVE them! And you don't have to be good at it, everyone just has fun!!
ReplyDeleteI don't wiegh in anymore. I think my scale is really picky about where I stand and it gives me different readings each time I try! So I'm just measuring my inches. It's much more fulfilling! Good luck!:)

It's great you're still sticking with it. and 0.2 is better than a higher number. Try evening walks when the air is slightly cooler =D
