A Happy Announcement from a Friend

If you've been following me for any length of time, then you've heard me talk about my real life BFF Jac. She's had some major life changes in the past couple months and has made them work to her advantage! She's here today to share some exciting news! And maybe even a chance to win something special!!

Hi all!!! It’s Jac from babEblessings over here on Jennifer’sblog. She invited me to tell you all about a big step that I took on Friday.

Friday I launched my blog design and print shop. Well I saved my first print for you guys. More on that in a minute.

In March we took Gray to get his first year pictures done –yes a few months late, but when your photographer is a great friend, you work around their schedule a bit more. Well we ended up with this amazing photo. 

And as soon as I saw it the wheels in my head started turning. I had a million different ideas of how I could update my blog with this and turn the blog from baby into toddler Gray. So I redesigned my blog! And I LOVED it!!! 

Then Jennifer needed some buttons and other things done for her blog and other events, so she asked me. And I LOVED doing it for her. I was toying with the idea of getting into blog design, and talked with Jennifer about it (we Skype for about an hour a day! She’s kinda my BFF in real life!). 

And then Jennifer being the awesome person she is recommended me to a girl on twitter asking for help. From that I just finished my first full blog design for a client, and LOVE LOVE LOVED it! 

So Friday I launched my blog design business on my blog, and I am putting my first print out there for you guys today. The only person who’s seen this other than you is Jennifer, and my hubby! So you’re super special. 

Prayer and Coffee

I LOVE this print. – do I say LOVE too much? I’m not sure what other word works as well? Hmm – I think this print embodies Jennifer and I. We often – like almost every day – sit at our computers and Skype each other with our morning coffee. And really, as a mom of a 15 month old little man, I need all the coffee I can get.

Thanks for sharing your news with us Jac! I absolutely adore the buttons you've created for me! Far better than I could have ever made myself... graphic design is not what you'd consider one of my strengths :S I can't wait to get my copy of the print you designed! You know me so well! Hehehehe
